SPS stands for Shock Protection System

The effective spring damper system developed by ProCase provides vibration damping in 19" racks for sensitive electronics in mobile use. The SPS 19" rack cases are used for mobile IT servers and digital video. The SPS racks are already in use at companies such as IBM, EMC, Nokia-Siemens and the Fraunhofer Institute.

Shock proof SPS Rack, the 19" frame is designed for the installation requirements of IT servers and is oscillatingly mounted in a heavy duty flight case by means of the ProCase spring damper system. The damper can be adjusted individually to the installation weight after installation of the equipment and ensures a oscilating path of 30 mm even with high loads!

In the standard version, the SPS racks are suitable for installation weights of 80 - 250 kg. Higher installation weights are possible with additional spring dampers.

Special designs have been realised, e.g. with air conditioning or special noise damping. We will be happy to advise you on your projects.
