The stackable and modular Stack-Racks can be linked together to form a single unit using interlocking latches. The Stack-Racks have steel rack strips at the front and rear. The rack strips are mounted on oscillating rubber buffers (shockproof). The racks are optionally available with QSD slide-in lids or removable lids.

Stack-Racks offer packing dimensions for Sprinter vans with a depth of 560 mm or truck packing dimensions with a depth of 600 mm. The width is 600 mm for all variants. The Stack-Racks are also available with depths of 800 mm and 1000 mm.

Discover the new QSD Stack-Racks v2. We have added a total of 5 new features to the QSD Stack-Racks. Probably the most outstanding function is the adjustable rack strip. This can be adjusted in depth by 70 mm at the front and rear and can therefore be optimally adapted to your devices.

Choose the right heights for your application from the variants on offer. We offer Stack-Racks in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 height units. 

The interior design of the 19” Stack-Racks is the same for all variants. All variants can be stacked and locked together using optional stacking trays. The 560 mm deep racks are centered on the deeper ones.

The popular version with slide-in lids at the front and rear offers the advantage that there are no removable lids. With the QSD Stack-Racks, you save valuable space at the venue and no longer have to search for loose lids after the event!

The classic rack with removable front and rear lids. Combined with our innovative and proven Stack-Rack system, they offer maximum protection and maximum stability for your 19” equipment.

The latest variant in our Stack-Rack line combines the advantage of the retractable lid at the front and the removable lid with cable apertures at the rear. With the Hybrid Stack-Racks, you can configure your “rack tower” in the warehouse and pre-wire it completely. The rear lids can optionally be fitted with ventilation panels. The rear covers can remain on the rack at the event. For operation, the rack is only opened at the front and, if necessary, the power supply is connected at the rear. The Hybrid Stack-Rack therefore offers maximum time savings. No searching for loose lids after the event and maximum preparation already in the warehouse, for optimum and efficient running of your event.

The Stack-Lock covers protect the top stack rack of your tower. The plastic covers are attached to the existing openings of the Stack-Locks. They provide simple protection against dust and drizzle and visually round off your stack-rack tower. The covers are supplied as a set consisting of two covers.

With the practical adapter plates, you can combine our stack racks with other flight cases. For example, our stack racks can be strapped together with the QSD Rack or different rack depths. The adapter plates can also be retrofitted to the flight cases. This also makes it possible to combine the different ProCase rack series if you have already decided on a series. In addition to the adapter plates that are already available, we will be happy to check individual adaptations to your existing ProCase racks.

The Stack-Rack drawers from ProCase are a practical upgrade for your Stack-Racks. In contrast to standard 19“ rack drawers that are built into the 19” racks, with our Stack-Rack Drawers you have the maximum depth of the case at your disposal. The absence of the 19” rack strips offers significantly more space for tools, microphones or other accessories.

The drawers are equipped with variable dividers as standard. If required, the drawers can also be fitted with individual foam inserts to safely store sensitive equipment. The external dimensions of the case are identical to the 600 mm deep Stack-Racks with a packing size of 600 mm. All Stack-Rack drawers have a full-extension runner.

Our practical Stack-Rack Trunk cases offer plenty of storage space for accessories that need to be transported with the Stack-Racks. They are ideal for cables or smaller devices that cannot be installed in the 19” Stack-Racks. On request, the Stack-Rack Trunk cases can be fitted with a CNC foam insert to transport your valuable equipment safely.

We can equip smaller mixer cases with the ProCase Stack-Locks. Your Stack-Rack tower then not only accommodates the appropriate playback devices, but also the corresponding mixing console. We will be happy to check whether a combination with our Stack-Racks is possible for your particular mixing console. For many 19” mixers, we already have standardized stack hoods with permanently installed rack rails in our range.

NEW: Rack strips with depth adjustment
