| Application description | 19inch Shock mount ProfiPlus GP racks are suitable for sensitive electronics that need to be protected against shocks in a mobile 19inch flight case. The ProfiPlus Shockproof Racks are suitable for medium to large racks and can also carry high installation weights. To ensure an optimal vibration behavior, the rubber buffers of the ProfiPlus Shockmount Rack are adapted to the installation weight. GP stands for rubber buffers. This is done by the number of GP vibration rubber elements and by their hardness. The 19 inch shock mount racks have a rack rail as standard at the front and at the back, which forms a composite at the top and bottom by means of a stable support rail. The lowest device can rest on the existing mounting rail. The installation of mounting rails for further devices is possible and then recommended if the devices are not all installed on top of each other. The 19inch ProfiPlus Shock mount Rack Cases are often used as Amprack, Dimmer Rack, Powersupply Rack, Control Electronics or Video Rack. The rack strip is a stepless sliding aluminium rack rail with a rubber that prevents the nuts from slipping down. With the stepless rack strips, equipment that deviates from the Unit standard height can also be installed. |
