ProCase designs and manufactures individual transport cases and cases tailored for your equipment.
The great advantage of the ProCase transport cases is the modular construction. The transport cases can be designed made-to-measure and built to the millimetre in all 3 dimensions: width, height and depth. Depending on the size and weight of the goods to be packed, Solidplex wall panels of different thicknesses are used. The high-quality birch plywood panels are extremely break-resistant in relation to their thickness and weight.
Safety and durability
Flight cases from ProCase are robustly built and usually last 10 to 15 years. They are considered particularly economical and safe. Due to their long reusability, ProCase bespoke flight cases and custom-made packaging is also particularly environmentally friendly and resource-saving.

Research and development in packaging design for bespoke cases
ProCase has a powerful design team with 2D (DraftSight) and 3D design (Solidworks). As a rule, the development for a customised packaging involves several stages: First, our consultants discuss all the requirements with you. We want to understand exactly how the packaging will be used. On which transport routes will it be shipped, who are the operators who will load, unload and work with the packaging.
In the first concept phase, photos of your equipment and accessories or 3D STEP models with details of weights and dimensions of everything are the best information for us, because this gives us the best visual idea of the application. We advise you on alternatives and create a concept together with you. You will then receive a quotation for your bespoke flight case. After your order has been placed, our design department usually needs your full equipment at our premises to prepare the drawings and develop the holding concepts and padding for the transport case for more complex devices.
