The design and manufacture of customised inserts is a speciality of ProCase. You have the advantage of getting plastic cases and custom inserts for your case from a single source. We use a closed-cell PE rigid foam for the production of the inserts. The foam inserts are CNC milled, water jet cut or punched depending on the requirements and the number of pieces needed. With a customised insert, your equipment and tools are protected in the best possible way in the case. In addition, you have the advantage that the inserts are designed according to the shadowboard principle, i.e. each part gets its own place in the insert. This allows you to see at a glance whether all the parts in your case are complete. We will be happy to advise you on customised inserts. Made-to-measure inserts can be produced for you from as little as 1 piece.
